My therapeutic approach is rooted in an eclectic style utilizing psychodynamic, feminist, trauma-informed, and social justice principles. I am client-centered and use each client’s context, history, and relational/attachment styles to guide our work therapeutically. I love to work collaboratively to help individuals find their intuition and agency in their healing journey.
I have worked with folks from varying backgrounds including LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse folks in settings of community mental health, private practice, and hospital clinics in the past. I find joy and fulfillment in providing a safe space for clients. It's a privilege to witness clients’ growth and healing journeys. My hope is that they can live more authentic, peace-driven, and functional lives.
