I use an integrative approach, where I assess the strengths and resources already available to you but potentially hidden in your blind spots. I'm happy to help you identify them and support you in taking advantage of them. I often use "parts work" with my clients, a tool for healing allowing one to live life in a way that promotes more empowerment and less burden. I teach my clients different ways to cope with life's anxieties and stressors using evidence-based treatments.

I spent several hours in the school counselor's office as a child. Moments of dedicated one-on-one time were helpful and shaped the person I am today. Someone simply providing me their attention, exhibiting acceptance, and grace was healing. I chose to make this my path after working with people who I saw struggled like myself. Since being in the field, I have witnessed my compassion, expertise, and curiosity benefit others and it is something I would like to continue doing for the remainder of my time.
