My therapeutic approach is Relational Psychodynamic while also considering the systems and structures that influence our experiences. I provide a safe space for clients to speak openly and honestly, especially those who are not always seen or heard. I enjoy collaborating with my clients to set the path towards progress and growth. My multiple intersectional identities allow me to remain open and curious about each client’s unique background and needs. I have specialized training in college/university-aged individuals, identity exploration and formation, substance use, family of origin distress, work burnout, anxiety, and mood disorders. I utilize multiple evidence-based treatments while remaining culturally aware and responsive.

I spend most of my free time outside in nature. I love to hike, be near the ocean, and plant in my garden. I also love reading (audiobooks count!), crocheting, and baking.
Sunshine! I make sure that no matter what I get at least 30 minutes of moving my body outdoors daily. It gives me time to ground, release stress, and focus on myself.
I am definitely an introvert. I need time by myself in a quiet space with no screens to unwind and recharge.
I currently have one dog, a 13-year-old Schnoodle. My favorite story of him is that when we first got him we put him in a crate upstairs with an older dog he bonded with (he was a rescue). We barely made it out the door when we heard a big crash. We came back to the crate downstairs, the other dog still inside a locked crate, and Anakin was happily outside of the crate trying to get into the treat drawer.
