I believe that people have an innate capacity to heal and make changes in their lives. However, I know the work of personal and relational growth can be tough. I strive to be a supportive guide in helping you create what you want to see in your life.
My style is collaborative, authentic and rooted in compassion. I use a blend of evidenced-based approaches for depression, anxiety, relationship challenges and trauma/adverse experiences. I provide practical skills with mindfulness folded in throughout to help people develop increased self-awareness, be with and modulate unpleasant emotions, and foster nourishing relationships with others.

I have rediscovered playing basketball and love music (both playing and listening). I love to spend time with my family and friends. I love baking with my daughter and cooking for people.
Practicing meditation and gratitude.
I really feel recharged from being in nature or hiking. I also really love Korean spas and getting massages.
I have a dog, Fiona, who is a little Chihuahua/Terrier mix. She loves to cuddle and be in laps and can wake herself up snoring sometimes. When I take her for walks on hot days (anything above 70 degrees, according to her), she walks quickly in direct sunlight, and then slows way down when we hit the shady spots. It always makes me smile.
