I have experience working with all age groups, however, my primary focus is working with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relational issues, family issues, emotional regulation, or going through a life transition. My therapy style is collaborative and holistic. I believe clients are the experts in their lives and what they need is guidance, collaboration, and a tailored treatment.

I became a mental health professional because I experienced, first-hand, several barriers to accessing mental health and the stigma around it in my community. I know what it feels like to have a loved one go through some difficult times in life and do it alone. My clients don't have to do it on their own. It's my mission, passion, and privilege to be there with them in their most vulnerable times
Outside of work, I like to go salsa dancing whenever I can. Also enjoy going on hikes, walks, go to the park with my family. In this season of my life, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and visiting places.
One thing I do daily that helps me thrive in life is having 30 minutes to one hour of solo time. Being with myself and having uninterrupted to do whatever I choose to do for that day.
I recharge when I go to my monthly therapy sessions. On my day-to-day, I recharge when I get connected to people I love and care about and have meaningful conversations with them. A cup of coffee and great company can make a big difference.
