Welcome! Over the past 20+ years, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. I have experience working in multiple therapeutic settings providing individual, group, and family therapies. My therapeutic approach is to create a safe and nurturing place where you can be heard, understood, validated, and empowered so that you can reach your full potential as you embark on your journey of self-discovery, healing, growth, and change in your life.

In my free time, I enjoy being with my family and dog, being in nature, working out, practicing mindfulness, reading, cooking, and going to baseball games.
One thing that I enjoy doing to support my mental and emotional well-being is practicing mindfulness daily.
One of my favorite organizations is The Public Broadcasting Services (PBS) because I enjoy watching their educational programming, their exploration of music and the arts, and their balance and in-depth analysis of the news.
I have a German Shepherd named Kato who is 3 years old and is a big-time "goofball", who always seems to make me laugh.
