I use a Strength-based, non-oppressive, anti-racist, systems approach. What does this mean? It means I believe every client is the expert in their lives and I believe it is my role to sit beside you in the journey, not tell you what to do. I will also make sure we are working to create a liberatory space together.

I have a dog and a cat, by fur babies. My favorite pet story is how I got my cat. We were looking at the shelter website and saw this adorable picture of a cat that looked like she was winking. When we got to the shelter she was known as the "feisty" one but once I asked to be with her alone she was the sweetest little thing. She was just misunderstood, as are so many of us.
