My role as a therapist is to support you in finding the strengths you already have. My goal is to create a space in which you feel seen and heard without judgment. My approach is culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care that focuses on implementing sustainable coping strategies. I have earned my Marriage and Family Therapy license through an extensive work history with folks primarily working through issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, attentive and/or spectrum-related challenges, and identity concerns. I have been honored to work with a wondrously diverse population, including many LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC folks.

I am a complete nerd! I love anime, manga, and doodling. I enjoy attempting to garden and cook (the key word is attempting). I am also passionate about advocacy.
I connect with my found family of friends who are just as nerdy and determined in life as I am.
The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) provides mental health services to under-served and frequently disempowered populations. I align with the belief that mental health care is a right and should be accessible to everyone.
By spending arguably way too much time with my cat, playing and petting them.
I have one dog and four cats. I rescued all of my pets as all were abandoned by prior owners. My home is full of unique pet personalities.
