With my training and experience I have found that the best work is done collaboratively with clients in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
Sessions with me may include exploring values, reviewing core beliefs, increasing stress management techniques, and exploring positive communication skills. We’ll also explore expectations in relationships, attachment styles, and various coping skills. My goal for all my clients is to learn better ways to cope so that they can live a more well-balanced life mentally and emotionally.

When I'm not in the virtual therapy room, I enjoy watching sports including baseball, football, and F1. I'm also a crafter and enjoy rewatching movies like Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings.
I'll be honest, the best way that I recharge is through napping. It's one of my favorite things to do.
Although my cat is no longer with us (she lived to be 16), my favorite story is the time I couldn't find her. After searching inside and outside for about 30 minutes, I found her curled up on the top of the refrigerator asleep. From that day on, all cereal boxes went on top of the fridge.
