My approach in therapy is to uncover a deeper sense of awareness, unlearn core beliefs from childhood, and believe you are deserving of healing. I meet my clients where they are at currently with an approach of challenging them to be a better version of themselves.
MSW - Social Work, University of Southern California
I became a mental health professional to inspire change and plant seeds of hope to others.
My interests outside the therapy room are spending time with friends, and family, walking on the beach, and enjoying time with my dog Bodhi.
I meditate daily in the morning to start my day with clarity and feeling grounded. I take daily walks and listen to music for the soul.
I recharge by going to the beach, connecting with friends, and moving my body in some way.
I have a 2-year-old Goldendoodle named Bodhi.
