When you experience a loss, it can be difficult to know where to turn. Octave’s grief and bereavement group will provide a supportive environment for those who have experienced the loss of a loved one.
Surrounded by those who are facing a similar range of emotions, group members will receive and offer emotional support, explore their feelings, and learn how to navigate grief and loss. The group itself can be powerfully healing and reparative after such loss. Mirroring emotions of other group members and allowing members to identify with others’ emotions can help identify feelings they didn’t know they had. Furthermore, we will explore the impact of rituals and discuss different ways of memorializing loved ones.
This group requires a consultation prior to enrollment. Please email us if you are interested in joining this group, and a member of our team will reach out to set up a consultation.
