Octave’s Healing Through Connection group provides members of the Black community space to share and support one another as we discuss experiences that can leave us feeling disconnected and alone. All members of the Black community are welcome.
We will learn and practice techniques to help us navigate the occasions when it may be a little harder to find support outside of oneself such as breath work, identification and exploration of values and self-narratives, and effective communication skills.
