It’s feeling like a phony no matter what you’ve achieved.

It’s working too hard yet never feeling you’re doing enough.

It’s chalking up your successes to luck.

Imposter syndrome is especially common among high achievers and can rob you of fulfillment. Left unaddressed, it can harm your mental well-being. In this workshop, Octave therapists Samantha Bender, LCSW, and Carlos M. Flores, LMFT, will help you:

  • Understand how internal insecurities and external expectations can manifest into imposter syndrome.
  • Identify the types of imposter syndrome and their most common symptoms.
  • Recognize how imposter syndrome shows up amid life transitions, such as entering or graduating from college.
  • Learn how to manage these feelings and find ways to cope.

I work with clients to acknowledge what they want to change, identify what results they want, and then implement strategies to reach those results.
