Therapy Style

I believe that my job as a therapist is to meet each individual where they are to get them to where they want to go. I am passionate about working with people who make the brave choice to enter into therapy and take the healing journey. I believe therapy is very personal, and should be individualized and tailored to the needs of the client. I have experience working with and adults with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship, and marriage conflicts. Through the process of therapy, you can expect to gain greater emotional awareness and daily coping strategies to strengthen an individual’s sense of confidence, self-acceptance, and responsibility in daily life functioning.
