Therapy Style

To me, the heart of psychotherapy is experiencing healing conversations with an attuned, supportive individual. I use a warm and collaborative approach to support people making changes in their lives and outgrowing patterns that no longer serve them. My work includes a combination of open-ended conversation, enhancing self-awareness, and occasional coping skill suggestions. Honesty and kindness are core values.
