Why did you become a mental health professional?

There is a rising need for mental health care, which is often not addressed by the current healthcare system. Through personal interest in philosophy, physiology and neurology, the path eventually led me to become a professional in the field.

What are your interests outside of work?

Teaching art, sculpting and basic 3d modeling; classical painting and illustration; woodworking.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

Built in down time. In order to avoid professional and psychological burnout, it is necessary to have time available for other interests. This creates a healthy environment for mental and emotional well-being.

Do you have any pets?

A well-mannered Pekingese. He is well versed in understanding human behavior and is a story on his own whenever he does anything.
