I believe we each hold the capacity for healing and personal growth, and at times, we all need help navigating through the barriers in our journey of continual transformation.
Together, we will work to decrease pain, fear, and problematic beliefs and behaviors, by gaining a deeper understanding of your emotional experiences, and how they impact the way you relate to yourself and to the world.
My goal is to help you develop a stronger sense of identity and empowerment, so you can develop more fulfilling relationships and live a life that feels congruent with your own values.
I’ve had the privilege of working with people of numerous different cultures and backgrounds, as well as having worked with people struggling with different issues and diagnoses including depression and bipolar disorders, anxiety, agoraphobia, relationship issues, trauma, and insomnia. Having worked in eating disorder treatment centers for 10 years, I am especially skilled at helping people who struggle with food and body image-related issues.
