I utilize strength-based, solution-focused therapy as the primary structure for my work while integrating concepts and techniques from other clinical approaches such as prevention, Narrative Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Feedback Informed Treatment and Measurement Based Care.
I have worked with adolescents, adults and older adults since 1990 in outpatient and inpatient (hospital) settings who have been challenged by a variety of situations and conditions. I strive to utilize the strengths and resources of the clients I work with to aid them in achieving their goals.

I enjoy weightlifting, running, golfing, watching movies and reading a good book. Just not all at the same time.
The Phantom Tollbooth as it is my daughter's favorite book and I read it to her on multiple occasions as she grew up.
Coffee. Lots of coffee. ; ) In addition, I work to "practice what I preach" by making sure I eat a healthy diet, get enough sleep and exercise regularly.
My family is comprised of four Boykin Spaniels. For those who are familiar with the breed will know that we have a full house. I truly have too many "favorite" pet stories to share.
