Life is a journey full of ups, downs, and forks in the road which can bring about stress, anxiety, depression, and an overall feeling of helplessness. Most of the time it’s easy to navigate on our own, but quite often a licensed psychotherapist is needed to restore balance and provide you with the necessary tools to rebuild and/or redirect your life towards becoming more fulfilling, uplifting, and enjoyable.
As your therapist, I’m committed to creating a safe place to address any issues you feel are holding you back from becoming the very best version of yourself, and to creating a relationship built on trust, honesty, and understanding.
Having worked with victims of crime, adolescence, alcohol/drug addiction, anxiety, depression, as well as, grief and loss, I’m able to provide my clients with numerous resources and valuable coping mechanisms. I have specialty training in anxiety disorders, managing mood and emotions, depression, and difficulties related to stress.
I will provide you with the tools necessary to manage life’s setbacks, uncertainties, and mental meltdowns. But more than anything, as your therapist, I will be there to listen and champion you along the way.

Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. I am a part of this great organization. We mentor, give out food to the less fortunate, do blood drives, host youth leadership conferences, and we speak in the inner city school to kids and help them get into college.

I currently have a Maltese mixed with Yorky. His name is Kairo. My dog caught this deadly disease called Parvo and the doctor said that we can either do medical treatment or dieting treatment. The doctor said that my dog has a lot of willpower and may be able to survive on the special diet. Well, he survived and is thriving! The doctor said my puppy had a will to live and he's doing great. Those words really stuck with me.
