I have been working in the Human Service Field for over 13 years. I have been providing counseling in an outpatient setting for 7 years, and the rest have been dedicated to crisis work. I specialize in treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting, relationships, crisis and have a history of working with individuals who have co-occurring substance use. I am passionate about providing strength-based, recovery-focused care, empowering the individual to lead their treatment and change their life. I enjoy what I do: planting seeds of hope and guiding change.

I go to nature, unplug, wake with the sunrise, enjoy my coffee, enjoy being in the moment.
The Giver. I am fascinated by fictional accounts of human behavior and creative perceptions of future societies.
