Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
I provide a supportive environment in which clients can address the challenges or concerns that lead one to seek therapy. As we go through life, challenges and strains can develop and I work with clients to help navigate and cope through these difficult times. My style is warm and caring combined with humor and a focus on what is currently of concern, assisting clients to make positive changes in their thoughts and actions. I have a problem solving approach working with clients to help uncover and guide clients to deepen understanding of concerns and support clients in making changes.
