What are your interests outside of work?

Traveling to new countries, experiencing new cultures, yoga, meditation, physical fitness, arts and crafts

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

Creative expression activities such as dancing, arts and crafts, yoga, meditation, being nature, reading, actively learning, traveling to new destinations, and learning about other cultures.

What book have you read more than once?

The Four Agreements - it has such rich wisdom shared from ancient cultures that continue to be relevant to today's day and age.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI) - The organization provides support, education, resources, and advocacy nation-wide to reduce stigma, and promote hope and healing related to mental health conditions, treatment, and community support options.

How do you recharge?

Getting into nature, playing with my fur babies, and spending time with friends and loved ones.

Do you have any pets?

I have two fur baby dogs, Chief and Pearl, who provide unconditional love and acceptance and who constantly do things to make me laugh.
