I enjoy going to the theatre, museums and reading. I enjoy traveling and experiencing different cultures and food.

The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz - the quote "Our best changes from day to day" reminds us that change is consent and to be kind and compassionate towards ourselves and others.

How do you recharge?

Having a meal with friends and family… and laughing a lot!
