Why did you become a mental health professional?

I always knew I wanted to “help” people in some way. As I graduated college and got more experience, I discovered that providing therapy is something that energized me and it was a way I could care for the world around me.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I connect daily with certain loved ones who are encouraging and for whom I can provide encouragement.

How do you recharge?

I often recharge by relaxing with music or enjoying a nice meal with loved ones.

Do you have any pets?

I have a 3 year old dog that I rescued just over a year ago. She was skittish at first but is loving and constantly underfoot now.
