My style is collaborative and interactive. My goal is to create a client-driven and individualized space that is safe enough for reflection and expansive enough for exploration. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and informed primarily by a harm reduction frame and influenced by psychodynamic, mindfulness, somatic and narrative training. I am passionate about the intersection of trauma, systemic issues, and mental health. I especially enjoy working with people new to therapy.
