Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-based
I am passionate about helping clients alleviate suffering by creating a space where they feel safe enough to express their true thoughts and feelings. My goal is to normalize and validate their experience by listening with compassion and providing unconditional positive regard. Using the evidence-based treatments of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help clients use behavioral change strategies and mindfulness skills to go towards their life values and escape the trap of avoidance. In each session, we will work collaboratively towards mutually agreed upon treatment plans and goals. I aim to support clients as they make choices and changes that lead to a more meaningful life, even in the presence of difficult emotions. Through this work together, the ultimate hope is to help clients improve their ability to cope, and through this process, lessen their suffering.

I love spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy walking, swimming, gardening and yoga.
The one thing I do daily that supports my mental and emotional well-being is pray.
I recharge by spending time in my backyard. I love quietly sitting underneath the trees and looking up the sky.
