Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Harm reduction, Motivational interviewing (MI), Strengths-based
My approach combines person-centered, narrative, and cognitive-behavioral techniques. I believe that you are the expert in your own life and are fully capable of working through your struggles. I recognize that sometimes you need a little back-up to feel able to see the strength within yourself and often share the sentiment, “You got this, let me help you feel like you got this.”

I am an avid baker and love trying new recipes. I am a Marvel nerd and make sure to see every new movie. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially if a board game is included!
I need to make sure I prioritize rest and sleep. Rest usually means time away from checking emails or attending to the to-do list!
I put my phone down and engage in something that will keep me away from my device! I love being able to take advantage of my proximity to the Finger Lakes especially in the fall. If I am not by the lake, I can usually be found relaxing by playing a board game or watching a movie.
I have two German Shepherds, a cat and a leopard gecko. My dogs are both near 100 pounds and my cat is tiny at about 6 pounds; my tiny little cat rules the house!
