Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-focused, Strengths-based
I am authentic, transparent, and hold non-judgmental awareness to help my clients establish safety in sessions. Using a strengths-based approach, I empower my clients to make real, lasting changes in order to increase their resilience and hope for their future. I have special training in brain injuries and accidents/falls as a trauma specialist. Generally, I seek to find ways to increase the mind-body connection in order to help my clients heal their past emotional wounds. While I do not have a specific agenda, my overall goal is to work together deliberately at a comfortable-for-you pace for you to experience tangible and empowering improvements.

she/her
Several years ago, I was working in the business world and realized that my calling was not in business, that it was in helping others. Since I decided to go back to school, the stars have completely aligned and I have found my life's purpose.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, playing golf, spending time in nature, reading and songwriting.
I listen to my body, rest as needed and take space for myself as needed.
