I am a bilingual, bicultural psychotherapist in the Bay Area. I have helped many people with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, loneliness and the art of healing and psychological growth. For over 24 years, I've been working with adults, adolescents, and families who reflect the diversity of lifestyle and background which we enjoy here in the Bay Area.
I work with clients on a range of mental health issues; a counseling plan will be highly specific to the needs of the individual. Therapy is a unique and highly individual experience with the outcome determined by the effort and motivation you bring to work towards a change in yourself and how you see the world around you.

I became a mental health professional because I believe that we can change for the better. I believe that we have to give ourselves the chance to find who we are, develop a positive relationship with ourselves and be happier.
I enjoy working out, walking and I practice yoga and daily meditation. I love reading and spending time with family and friends.
I practice daily meditation.
I read self-help books more than once including: Peace Is Everything, How to Be an Adult, A New Earth.
I recharge by finding a quiet place, being in silence, going for walks, talking to family members and friends, going to the gym.
