I truly believe everyone deserves to have someone that they can easily talk to and that is in their corner. I provide a warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment that allows for all my clients to grow. My approach is empathetic, client centered, and attachment based. I truly love helping people develop new skills and insights, work through their traumas, and feel empowered and hopeful as they have met their goals.

I love reading books, walking through book stores, exploring different coffee roasters in town, trying new spots to eat in San Diego, going to the beach, surfing, and traveling. Most of my time outside of work is spent figuring out when and how I am visiting Hawaii again. LOL
Besides exercising almost daily, I make sure I spend time outside everyday doing something relaxing, going for a walk, yoga, stretching, or just enjoying a cup of coffee outside.
I love the book 1766 by David McCullough and All I Really Need to Know I Learned in Kindergarten by Robert Fulghum. I've read both more than once because both authors totally bring me into their story and time flies when I read those books.
I love supporting the Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary in Fallbrook, CA. My grandparents used to support it and now I do as well. It's a no-kill animal shelter and they do great work helping abandoned animals and finding safe and loving homes for them. Or, they will just keep them safe, happy, and loved at their shelter.
I love going to the beach. I can recharge just walking on the beach, diving in, body surfing, or surfing if I feel like bringing my long board.
I love cats and dogs and have both and grew up around them. I have too many stories to share, but I love my cat who races to the door to greet me and sit in my lap every time I come home.
