I have 25 years of experience working with families and adults. I have helped clients with a variety of concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, and trauma. I believe therapy is a collaboration and therefore you have a voice in the process. I want to create a safe space for growth, healing, and exploration. My approach is client-centered and strength-based. I look forward to being empowered by your courage.

My older brother went to college when I was in the 5th grade. He came home that summer and I read some of his psychology books and was instantly hooked. I knew that I wanted to help people and learn more about their stories.
I recently became an empty nester. My husband and I have been learning our new role as a couple and as parents to our adult children. We have started to do weekly date nights!
I exercise every morning, which helps me start my day with a positive mindset.
I have two dogs and two cats. My newest addition is a 5-month-old kitten who was rescued at 5 weeks old. My oldest is a 14-year-old yorkiepoo who is losing her hearing.
