My father was a psychiatrist and I admired how he was able to help people feel better about themselves and work through their struggles. I have always wanted to do the same thing. I have found that even before I became a therapist I was always helping my friends do the same thing, feel better, and deal with whatever their current struggle was.
Yoga, walk my dogs, and journal.
The Cider House Rules because it was the first book that really grabbed my attention. I love to read and read when I have time.
