I have been working in this field for more than 8 years and have experience working with people aged 3 - 99+. I create a warm, supportive environment for clients and I use a variety of modalities based on each client and situation. Ones that I use most are Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution- Focused, and Motivational Interviewing techniques.
My passion is helping others and I genuinely enjoy it. I also believe that making yourself a priority and focusing on self-care is so important!
