Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP or EXRP), Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
I entered into the therapy world and continue to strive to create a non-judgmental environment for my clients that promotes hope, healing, and self-improvement. I enjoy supporting my clients through challenging times and providing new and creative ways to meet goals. While I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT); I am most drawn to practicing person-centered and strength-based therapy styles due to my concentration on self-worth and awareness. I truly know that stepping into a world of vulnerability with an unknown person can be a tremendous challenge and uncomfortable. I also believe that the potential benefits of taking on this challenge can prove beneficial in many ways. I hope to serve others with the skills that I have sharpened throughout my career to foster happiness and well-being.

I strive to bring self-awareness and hope to those who are struggling. I believe self-awareness and feeling as though you have options and choices to create a better life can bring endless results. I enjoy normalizing the feeling of struggling in ALL walks of life and ensuring they know there is no shame in "not having it all together".
