Meditation and mindfulness are vital to my wellness and sense of balance.

What book have you read more than once?

The Sun Also Rises, Thistlefoot, A Farewell to Arms, there are more than I can count! A good book transports you to someone or somewhere else while also enriching an experience and building bridges from one world to another.

How do you recharge?

Being in nature and traveling are two areas that help me to feel grounded and connected to myself and to the world.
