I have helped many individuals and families by using a collaborative and holistic approach to therapy in order to create an environment that feels safe, nurturing, and supportive. We will work together to identify patterns and behaviors that no longer serve a purpose in your life and replace them with new ways of coping. I practice from a strengths-based approach in order to empower you to make the changes necessary to feel more fulfilled and at peace with your life. Through our work together my hope is you will find more joy, purpose, and clarity in your life.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, and being outside in nature.
One thing I do daily that supports my well-being is getting outdoors. Whether I am sitting outdoors or going for a walk, being outdoors is so recharging for me.
One of my favorite organizations is Postpartum Support International. I love that the goal of this organization is to increase awareness and provide resources to the community about the emotional changes and challenges that can arise during pregnancy and postpartum.
