I strive to provide evidence-based treatment, while also meeting my clients where they are and treating them as the expert of their experience. My style can be described as warm and laid-back. It is my goal to get to know each person I work with deeply so I can tailor treatment to fit their individual needs. I tend to utilize CBT and/or DBT strategies in most sessions.

What are your interests outside of work?

Walking, going out to eat with friends, traveling, watching true crime shows, and reading

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

Get outside at least once a day!

What book have you read more than once?

I have read Monkey Mind by Daniel Smith twice. It is a really interesting memoir on anxiety that I resonated with deeply.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN) - they help survivors of sexual assault and work to end sexual violence.

How do you recharge?

I recharge by spending time alone.

Do you have any pets and what's your favorite pet story?

I have one cat. He is very food obsessed and one time clawed his way into a Costco size bag of food and started feasting.
