What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy the outdoors, participating and watching team sports, as well as playing and listening to music.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

Spend time everyday engaging in self-care strategies: such as exercise, meditation, healthy nutrition, engaging in hobbies, and spending time with family.

What book have you read more than once?

Man’s Search For Meaning by Viktor Frankl, the book teaches us a great message in enduring and overcoming distressing experiences

Do you have any pets?

Alfred is my Labrador, I was able to teach him how to play hockey with me and we will sometimes watch the games together.
