I believe we all come into this world being enough as we are but sometimes there are challenges, losses, difficulties, or behaviors that get in the way of what you want or where you want to be in your life.
My goal is to help you navigate those obstacles through a compassionate, direct, and strength-based approach. I believe in creating a safe environment where we can build insight and understanding and work towards making the changes you want to see.
Through my years of working as a therapist, I have had the privilege to work with many clients from many different backgrounds and cultures. I hope I can have the privilege to be part of your journey.

I love traveling any chance I get. I also love to run and catch a yoga class whenever I can.
My reason for being a therapist has changed over the years but what has stayed true is the love I have for hearing people's stories because we all have one. I know from experience that life's hardships show up for all of us in different ways and at different times. To bear witness and walk with someone else on their journey is such a gift.
I listen to my body and give it what it needs whether it's good food, exercise or just being gentle with myself.
One of my favorite ways to recharge is getting together and laughing with good friends.
