Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Solution-focused
For nearly 20 years, I have worked with adults, families, and couples both individually and in group settings. Some of the areas I have provided treatment for include substance use/abuse, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and adjustment disorders due to life transitions.
I relocated to the Bay Area in 2020 from Los Angeles. I have worked in numerous medical center settings including Cedars-Sinai, Century City, and Kaiser Permanente just to name a few. My clients often describe me as supportive, ethical, passionate, and energetic.

I have the best of friends who keep me grounded and mindful of my surroundings. Strong personal relationships, either in person or remotely, are a great source of my emotional well-being!
The Point Foundation, one of the only LGBTQ+ nonprofits that offer college scholarships to LGBTQ+ high school seniors, aims to make campuses more welcoming and accessible for every student. The Point Foundation’s college scholarship fund helps incoming LGBTQ+ students who demonstrate financial need, academic achievement, and a history of active community leadership and service to pay for their education. And it's my favorite because it supports the LGBTQ+ community at an age of great transitions.
