I am a people person. I am passionate about my work because I love what I do. I am a good listener. My style is laid back and I provide an emotionally safe environment, without judgment, for all my clients.
Personally I have been married for 20 years and am familiar with blended family dynamics with bio and step-children. I am a cancer survivor and currently care for my elderly parent.
My mental health work history includes working at an inpatient psychiatric hospital as a clinician for six years, spending time with the patient as well as supporting the concerned family. In addition I have worked as a mental health therapist for the past four years.
I look forward to spending time with you.

My parents divorced when I was a teenager. Our family therapist made an impression on me.
Outside of work I love to spend time with friends, family and my dog. I enjoy cooking, camping, hiking, quilting, and buying indoor plants
When I walk my dog, I pray and at times listen to music.
My church and KLOVE are my favorite organizations because they both provide encouragement and speak to my soul.
