We will explore together the gaps between where you are today and where you would like to be so that you can be live a more authentic and satisfying life.

My Therapy Style

I work with individuals, couples, and families with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and all types of relationship issues (romantic, family, peer, and occupational).

I believe that clients are experts in their own lives, and my role as a therapist is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for clients to explore and meet their goals. The therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist sets the foundation for authentic collaboration that allows for trust and meaningful work together.

I offer an eclectic approach to therapy, meeting every unique client where they are. This means that we can work together in a more solution-focused way, taking a closer look at your concerns in the here and now or taking a deeper dive at how your concerns are informed by your personal history and family of origin. Either way, we will explore together the gaps between where you are today and where you would like to be so that you can be live a more authentic and satisfying life.

Get to Know Me

What are your interests outside of work?

I love to read, spend time in the garden, golf, take day trips to the beach and spend time with my family.

What book have you read more than once?

How To Be an Adult in Relationships by David Richo is always a great reminder of how to be present and realistic in relationships.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

My favorite non-profit is the SPCA. There is something about helping animals that pulls at me. I believe all living things deserve kind and respectful treatment and the SPCA's mission aligns with my belief.

How do you recharge?

I take time to spend with myself, journaling or watching my favorite TV shows, spending time outside with my family or reading a good book.
