Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-focused, Strengths-based
I'm a cognitive behavioral therapist. I allow the client to lead the session, while being involved and providing tools to better their experience. I also provide weekly homework for clients to practice their acquired skills outside of sessions. In addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I incorporate mindfulness skills into my practice.

Grow Your Potential. It's a non-profit organization who attends to sliding scale clients. They have pro-bono spots as well to those in need.

I have a Maltese named Coco. Coco is the cutest and every time we take him for a walk, he barks in excitement jumping on us. He gets so excited that it's difficult for us to put on his leash.
