My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, authentic, and collaborative. I integrate goal-directed and evidence-based modalities that include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed approaches, mindfulness and other mind-body techniques. I am dedicated to working in collaboration with my clients to learn, grow, and thrive even in the face of adversities.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, socializing, creative arts, music, movies, motor-sports, yoga, meditation, sailing, skateboarding, and surfing.
I have a daily morning routine centered around my first cup of coffee! I also do multiple short mindfulness “check-ins” throughout the day that are brief, simple, and grounding.
I go surfing! Overall, however, the things I do to recharge varies. Sometimes I need to connect and engage with friends, family, and community, while other times I need a bit of space and solitude.
I have a dog. She is a 10-pound terrier mix. She takes her job as a dog very seriously. She has also mastered the art of Jedi-mind tricks - getting her way with a singularly intense, laser-like stare.
