Therapy Style

I am passionate about supporting others on their journeys towards self-actualization and fulfillment. My intention is to assist you in becoming who you were born to be. Marianne Williamson said, "Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure." As a psychotherapist, I support you in your unique process to manifest change, empowerment, and healing. I hold you in a sacred space, and accompany you in your exploration of yourself to help you achieve the outcome that you seek. This may be clarity, peace, resolution, or tangible coping skills. We work together to determine your goals, and to help you achieve the change you desire. I implement an eclectic therapeutic approach that draws upon person-centered therapy, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and Brainspotting.

What are your interests outside of work?

I love meditating, reading, spending time in nature, trying new recipes, and spending time with friends and family.

What book have you read more than once?

The Alchemist by Paulo Coehlo because I learn something new every time I read it.

How do you recharge?

I am an introvert, so I definitely need time to myself to do nothing when I can let my nervous system have a break from being "on".
