Therapy Style

I help people with debilitating anxiety and panic free themselves from the daily constraints of anxious thoughts. I can help you, too. No longer will self-doubt rule your days.

Through one-on-one support, you’ll become strong, resilient, and brave enough to tackle anxiety’s frequent lies. Instead of reacting to every thought, my goal is to help you reduce the noise, let go of stress, and become a happy, fulfilled, and vibrant self. The goal is to have a clearer perspective and start telling your new story.

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I wanted to provide a space for people to be their authentic selves, to laugh, to cry, to have purpose, and to grow.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy reading, listening to music, live concerts, trying new restaurants, exploring new coffee shops, weightlifting, CrossFit, watching sports, spending quality time with my kids and husband, and learning how to DJ.

What book have you read more than once?

The following books have inspired me to be a better person and therapist: The Power of Now, Dare: The New Way to End Anxiety and Panic Attacks, and Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents.

How do you recharge?

If the day is heavy, I recharge by going to the gym, listening to music on my earphones, meditating using the Calm app, and maybe a stop at a local boba or coffee shop.
