Why did you become a mental health professional?

I became a mental health professional to help people find hope and healing in difficult situations. I've seen firsthand how the right kind of support and care can make a difference in someone's life, and I wanted to be part of helping others. My own experiences have only further inspired me to provide the best care I can for those in need and I strive to provide support and a place of understanding and non-judgement to every client that I work with.

What are your interests outside of work?

I like reading, baking, and traveling to new places!

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Every day I make sure to take time to decompress at the end of my day.

How do you recharge?

I recharge by spending time alone reading a new book.
