Why did you become a mental health professional?

Growing up I always found myself in a supportive role and was drawn to people's stories and experiences. My parents stressed the values of being of service and supportive to others.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy cooking, baking, reading, painting, working out with my husband and having brunch with my friends.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I attempt to do a short meditation each morning and attempt to avoid technology first thing in the morning.

How do you recharge?

I recharge at the end of the day by spending time with husband, cooking dinner together, as well as watching our favorite TV shows together.
