I believe in creating a space of empathy, safety, and trust. I enjoy working alongside clients to assist them in uncovering patterns, behaviors, and pain that is hindering them from achieving their goal. I practice a collaborative approach with client’s and understand the importance of a tailored approach that honors the different needs and experience individuals bring to therapy.

Growing up I always found myself in a supportive role and was drawn to people's stories and experiences. My parents stressed the values of being of service and supportive to others.
I enjoy cooking, baking, reading, painting, working out with my husband and having brunch with my friends.
I attempt to do a short meditation each morning and attempt to avoid technology first thing in the morning.
I recharge at the end of the day by spending time with husband, cooking dinner together, as well as watching our favorite TV shows together.
