My experience includes working with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, the effects of complex trauma and various other diagnoses. Also, I have worked in crisis settings, providing crisis interventions/response and debriefing.
I believe in using a team approach to therapy, meaning we will work together to address the obstacles that are hindering your growth. I also have a strength-based /client-centered therapeutic style, and I believe it’s important to meet my clients where they are. I will provide a safe and empathic environment and provide you with the therapeutic tools/interventions to help you reach your goals.

My interests outside of work include reading, shopping and spending time with my family and friends.
The one thing I do daily that supports my mental and emotional well-being is to remind myself to take things one day at a time.
I recharge by taking deep breaths and praying.
