My Therapy Style

Feeling stuck? Is your way of thinking negatively impacting your decision making? Has life stressors, such as ending a relationship have you feeling like you're unclear of which direction to go in life? Does poor spending and saving habits make you fearful of the future? Are you trying to incorporate a healthier holistic lifestyle and don't know where to begin? Change can be difficult and often we may feel stuck in a cycle, our comfort zone, but recognizing the need for change is the first step towards fulfilling your goals. Whether the change is to improve your relationships, career, financial circumstance, self-defeating behaviors or how you cope with life stressors and challenges; having someone to assist you with reaching your goals, coping with barriers along the way, better understanding yourself and how you relate to others and living life to your fullest potential is what therapy can offer.

I have over 13 years of experience working in outpatient mental health clinics with a variety of individuals of diverse backgrounds and life experiences. As a Certified Financial Social Worker, I use an interactive behavior model to assist my clients in better understanding their financial behavior, where it stems from and how to improve their self-awareness. I am particularly interested in working with young adults, such as Millennials and Gen Z that face challenges with life transitions, adulting, self-esteem issues, financial issues, anxiety, depression and relational stressors. My approach is warm, supportive, holistic and catered to the needs of my clients. I look forward to working with you!
